Family-owned. Owner-led. Founded in 2011. We treat every home and business like our own — because most of our customers become neighbours.

Lloyd HVAC Services was founded by George and Tracy Lloyd on one belief: that mechanical work in someone’s home should be done with the same precision a contractor would expect in their own. After years working for large HVAC firms across the GTA, George started Lloyd HVAC in 2011 to build something simpler — a small, accountable crew that does its own work, takes its time, and stands behind every install.

Today we serve hundreds of Toronto homeowners, building managers, restaurants, and small commercial clients. We don’t subcontract, we don’t run sales scripts, and we don’t sell systems people don’t need. What we do is show up on time, diagnose carefully, and finish the work properly.
